GMB ROOM BOOKINGS

The GMB may be booked for society events subject to approval from the Hist Auditor and Phil President. If you’d like to book a room in the GMB for your event, you can submit a request through the form below. You will then need to contact Enquiries with proof of approval to confirm your booking.

The Debating Chamber and Phil Conversation Room cannot be booked for separate events at the same time.

Any society using a room in the GMB is responsible for setting it up for their event and ensuring it is left in a tidy and respectable manner.

We will only be accepting bookings for the 2024/25 academic year from August 2024
